Julien Hedou studied Engineering (BS) and completed his MS in Data Science and Entrepreneurship at Ecole Polytechnique before graduating in Biomedical Informatics (MS) at Stanford University. During his Master, he worked on the integration of aptamer-based proteomics to predict clinical outcomes such as sleep apnea, paraneoplastic syndromes and Klein-Levine syndrome. He also worked on mass spectrometry peptide assembly algorithms at Sanofi and filters to filter artifacts in Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) variant calling at Illumina.
