Immunology Postdoctoral Scholar Available

Stanford University School of Medicine

The scholar will join a systems immunology group focused on translational application of single-cell mass cytometry. The group works in symbiotic collaboration with machine learning experts and computational scientists. This is an excellent opportunity for a life scientist to apply cutting edge single-cell analysis approaches to tackle clinically-relevant questions that will impact patients’ lives.

Our group has a strong commitment to translating research findings to actionable products. We encourage (and financially support) our postdoctoral fellows to receive extensive training in entrepreneurship and business management from Stanford’s School of Business. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who is not only interested in participating in state-of-the-art academic research, but is also interested in exploring industrial and entrepreneurial career trajectories.

Relevant background:

  • Ph.D. in a life science field (Immunology, Cell/Molecular Biology, Biochemistry/Biophysics)
  • Immunology background preferred but not required
  • Excellent publication and external funding track record
