Systems immunology meets machine learning and precision medicine
Our laboratory combines high-parameter, single-cell immune profiling with mass cytometry (CyTOF) and other omics approaches with high-dimensional modeling, to study how the human immune system responds and adapts when perturbed by a physiological stressor.
